Jeff W. Lindsay, a graduate of Illinois State University and DePaul University College of Law, is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. His practice areas include estate planning/elder law, business/consumer law, real estate transactions, family law, collections, and criminal defense. Mr. Lindsay is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the McLean County Bar Association, Rotary International, and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He has lectured on Philanthropy & Planned Giving at Yale University, University of New Haven, University of Northern Arizona, University of Missouri, and DePaul University.
